Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Processing time can take up to 6-8 business days, after which the order is shipped. Delivery usually takes up to 4 days after dispatch. -
Non-customized orders:
Processing time can take up to 4-5 business days, after which the order is shipped. Delivery usually takes up to 4 days after dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Courier Partners
We work with multiple logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery based on the product, package size, and delivery location.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, a tracking link will be shared with you via SMS and email.
Express Shipping (Optional)
We offer express shipping at an additional cost.

Address Change Request
Address changes can be made only before the order is dispatched.

Re-shipping of Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the delivery, and the customer requests it to be shipped again, the re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Same-Day / One-Day Delivery via Local Services
If a customer wishes to use services such as Porter, Borzo, or similar local delivery partners for same-day or next-day delivery, all such charges must be borne by the customer.
Only standard shipping is handled by the brand.
