So, I ordered for the first time (probably saw your ad on Instagram). Loved the concept of the engraving name bottles, the website was amazing, and the page was super aesthetic!
I live in Nagpur but ordered the bottle for my close friend Zoya in Delhi. When the delivery got delayed, I was honestly worried about what was going to happen. But your email response was quick and helpful, and I even got a call from your team saying the bottle I ordered was broken in transit, and since it wasn’t available anymore, you were upgrading it at no extra cost.

So cute! Gave it to colleague as a farewell gift. Now she uses it to drink her iced tea :) the only feedback however, the print on colossal tumbler seems slightly stretched but still very chic!
